Growing up in a family business has taught me the importance of hard work, good communication and teamwork. One of my biggest strengths is my ability to mediate peaceful and productive communication between team members, clients, vendors, and subcontractors by staying positive and focusing on long term goals. I am a decisive leader with strong work ethic, goal oriented mindset and low ego.

Installer, PND 2015-2016
When I moved back to New York I knew I wanted to work full time in the family business. I started out as an installer, driving all over the city in sprinter vans and box trucks to install custom signs and displays, inspecting and repairing broken or malfunctioning neon and LED signage. I coordinated with site contacts and clients for placement and approvals, and got familiar with basic NYC building codes and standards along the way.

I already knew the basics on how to build displays and signage with traditional tools and techniques but my passion for building and interest in furniture design pushed me to keep experimenting with new materials and techniques. During this time I sharpened my carpentry skills, learned how to weld and how to program and operate a 3 axis CNC router.

Project manager, PND 2018-2024
CNC and 3D design jumpstarted my passion for building. I learned that through good design, planning and delegation we were able to accomplish projects at a scale and complexity level I never thought possible before. During this time I developed project scopes with clients, generated estimates, proposals and shop drawings, and made sure team members had the necessary materials, tools, hardware and manpower to meet tight deadlines and adapt to last minute changes. I have traveled around the country to supervise installations by subcontractors and in house staff.
